Holy Masses on the 3rd anniversary of his passing
by Pope Benedict XVI in Rome:
On Tuesday, December 30, at 6 p.m., a Holy Mass in memory of Benedict XVI was celebrated at the altar of the cathedra of St. Peter's Basilica. The celebration was presided over by Cardinal Gerhard Ludwig Müller, Prefect Emeritus of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.

On December 31, the third anniversary of Benedict XVI's death, a Holy Mass was celebrated at 7:00 a.m. at the "Altare della Tomba" in the Vatican Grottoes. The celebration was presided over by Cardinal Kurt Koch, Prefect of the Dicastery for Promoting Christian Unity.
